Rules:
1. To cancel or reschedule the session, I will inform my instructor one day prior to the training.
2. For same-day cancellation or no-show, the session will be considered as charged and not conducted.
3. We do not accept clients; we accept students.
4. Always respect your trainer (Lakan) and all Arnis participants (Arnisadores).
5. Arnis is a lifetime discipline.
6. We do not bargain.
7. We understand that martial arts training is an activity that involves physical contact and may result in serious injury or further complications.
8. We certify that we are in good physical condition and have no disease, injury, or other condition.
9. We understand and agree that any photo or video recordings may be displayed online or on social media platforms.
